SHIPPING & RETURNS
Due to high demand, items can take up to 2-4 weeks to ship. To compensate for this, most items are shipped for free on our website.* Please notify us immediately after a 4 week period if the package has not arrived.
*Shipment to certain countries may have an international fee. Some items may not be available to certain countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items may only be refunded if faulty, damaged upon arrival or if the item never arrived after the given. The return must be made within the day of arrival. If this applies do the following:
1. Take photos of the damage and email evidence of damage to "email@example.com". The return complaint must be made within the 3 days after arrival.
2. Wait for a response from a from our team confirming the assessed damaged is eligible for a refund.
3. Return package to the address and your refund will arrive within a 1-2 week period.
